How it Works
Step by Step
Fill out the “I’m Interested” form to answer a few basic questions.
1
We will follow-up with you to go over your form and schedule an in-person meeting.
2
During our in-person meeting, we will chat about your family, lifestyle, and get to know what’s important to you when it comes to mealtime in your house. We will determine the right meal plan for your family and schedule your prep day. We will also do a quick tour of your kitchen to see what ingredients you already have on hand.
3
We will start a joint grocery list through the Notion app. This is where you will start adding items you need from the grocery store, while we start adding your meal plan ingredients to the list.
You will access all of your recipes through the Notion app as well!
4
You will receive an invoice via email for half of the service costs and the approximate total of your grocery cost. Please pay this invoice once you receive it. This payment secures your spot on our schedule and ensures our commitment to your family.
5
6
Two days prior to your prep day, we will send your meal plan. If there are any changes you want to make, please let us know 24 hours before your prep day and we will make adjustments.
Please add any last-minute items to your grocery list by 8am on your prep day.
On your prep day, we will go to 2 grocery stores of your choice to complete all of your grocery shopping. This includes any food/household items that you added to the grocery list, along with all of your meal plan ingredients. Then, we will come to your house and prep the ingredients for your Around the Table meals that week. We will organize your fridge/freezer to ensure easy navigation for you and your family.
7
After prep day is complete, you will receive an invoice for the remaining grocery and service cost, with the grocery receipt attached. This must be paid by the end of your prep day.
8
That’s it! You’re set up for success to feed your family for the week. You can confidently cook a delicious meal, soak up more family time, and connect around the table.
9
Due to the nature of being a small business, it is essential for payments to be made on time. When we receive payment, it lets us know that you are committed to us, just as we are committed to providing you with the best service.
